🎧 Headphones / 🔊 Speakers – Good quality audio setup to ensure clarity and avoid echo.
📷 Camera Setup
- Use landscape mode (not portrait)
- Ensure both hands and the full sitar are clearly visible
- Place the camera at face level (not on the floor)
📓 Notebook & ✏️ Pen/Pencil – For noting compositions, corrections, and key instructions.
🎼 Electronic Tuner / Tanpura App – For accurate pitch reference

⏰ Be Punctual – Join the session on time to utilize the full duration effectively.
🎯 Tune Before Class – Complete tuning in advance (only if trained).
🎥 Test Audio & Video – Check setup before the session to avoid delays.
🔇 Quiet Environment – Minimize background noise for better focus.
📵 Keep Devices Silent – Avoid interruptions during the lesson.

📅 Session Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation (from either side) must be informed at least 2 days in advance.
(Exception: genuine emergencies or unforeseen health issues.)

Sessions should not be cancelled for avoidable reasons (e.g., lack of practice).
🔁 Consistency in Learning
The agreed session frequency (weekly / bi-monthly / monthly) should be maintained regularly for steady progress.
💳 Fee Policy
In case of last-minute cancellation by the attendee, the session fee will still be applicable.
(Exception: genuine health emergencies.)
📩 Discontinuation Etiquette
If you wish to discontinue, please communicate clearly and respectfully in advance.
Sudden discontinuation or lack of communication is discouraged.
